Payment information is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Taughtmag does not directly store customers’ full credit or debit card numbers on our website or servers.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

If an order cannot be changed or canceled before shipment, the customer may request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Processing:

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Processing begins after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has completed any required security review.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or applicable public holidays.

Processing times may occasionally be extended because of unusually high order volume, promotional periods, product availability issues, payment review, address verification, or other operational circumstances.

If a significant issue prevents us from processing an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

11. Shipping and Delivery:

We provide Free Standard Shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Estimated shipping time for United States orders is generally 6–9 business days after order processing.

The estimated total delivery time for most United States orders is approximately 7–12 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, address issues, transportation disruptions, security reviews, customs processing where applicable, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will generally be provided by email after an order has shipped, when tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

12. Returns and Refunds:

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us and receive prior written authorization and return instructions before mailing any item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

For standard returns, including changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size or color selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Taughtmag will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

After an authorized return is delivered, we generally inspect it within 1–3 business days.

If the return is approved, we generally issue the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection.

After a refund has been issued, the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. That additional processing time is controlled by the payment provider.

13. Customer Accounts:

If customer accounts are available and you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which applicable law makes Taughtmag responsible.

If you believe that your account or login credentials have been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at hello@taughtmag.com.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect security, prevent misuse, or enforce these Terms.

14. Privacy and Personal Information:

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also explains information relating to cookies, analytics, advertising, Shopify, payment providers, Pinterest, Google, privacy rights, and privacy choices.

15. Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Taughtmag.

This content may include text, graphics, logos, photographs, product content, page layouts, design elements, icons, videos, and other materials.

You may use our website and its content only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taughtmag’s total liability for a claim directly related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in that claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters protected by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights.

22. Indemnification:
